Bruckheim & Patel - Washington DC

With many college campuses in the District of Columbia, the chances of students under the age of 21 being arrested for the use of a fake ID or misrepresentation of age to enter a bar are high. First-time offenders in the District will have an opportunity to maintain a clean criminal record. By statute, first-time offenders are eligible for a diversion program which requires them to complete 16 verified community service hours and pay a small fine. Upon the successful completion of the requirements, the case will be dismissed. The underlying arrest for misrepresentation of age/Fake ID can be expunged/sealed after six months from the date of a successful dismissal. Contact Bruckheim & Patel today!
